Hi my package has been in sent out 7 days ago yet not a single update on the tracking number is this normal?

I’m having a similar issue. Normally for me there is some movement within 9-10 days but we are beyond that now

I had contacted Mia a few days ago about it and I was advised that it had passed through customs but no movement in tracking since. Usually there is movement the same day as clearance. I contacted Mia again and she told me she will contact the freight forwarder as soon as they are back from vacation/ holiday. Mia is awesome so I just periodically check in with her. Not sure when the holiday is over.
