Tbh, I got the H36 in a 10mL vial, lol. I’m planning to send it to Jano for testing and request a refund, but I heard from another user yesterday that now they’re saying the expected purity should be below 93% for a refund, when they originally claimed 95%. They keep changing the numbers every time.
Yes but unfortunately you can’t force them to refund
Have to follow what they want
