Yea , but only because it was my 2nd week using it without ritrating up . Just slammed 2mg to the dome.

I’m also sub 15% so that could be the reason aswell I don’t hold too much body fat

All my friends that get Reta from me some are easily over 30% bf feel 1-2mg is a lot
