Correct. I thought I was over the water retention but I got tired of fasting in the mornings for my split dose so I started doing it all at night before bed. Jumped 7lbs in 2 days from the water lol. So back to split dose it is. 241 before the water gain. So I'll still be trending down. Can't wait to get to 215. I'm so close I can taste it.
