Reta is not a strong appetite suppressant in most cases. If you want something purely to suppress appetite get Cag. If you want something that does both GLP stuff and hunger get Tirz.

It also affects people differently. On 2mg a week I nuked my appetite. My partner is on 6 and is still hungry af. I dropped it because I couldn’t get my calories in.

I've had the blue as well, tbh only had blue and bronze / gold caps for bba 20mg reta... All gtg mate....
