BG checked only at one point in time is not the best indicator of your insulin sensitivity

Get a continuous BG monitor or check your h1ac

Unsure tbh 🤣,
Most reta has been tested and it's mostly either overdosed by a mg or like just used I seen 9.99mg 🤣

Only way to get a real good reading Is to wear a continuous monitor, or prick 10x a day

I’m not saying you do, I’m just saying it isn’t the best way to check your insulin sensitivity. Your 90 to 78 reading could be achieved 2 minutes apart depending on how long after waking up you prick your finger 😂
