Watch some vigorously Steve, Dr dean, etc videos on the mitochondria enhancement peptides. It’s very known we shouldn’t abuse them for a long time

Hahaha bro I’m the last guy to push these lol. I think they’re okay to use if you have mitochondrial deficiencies, I don’t think they do jackshit when someone’s healthy. I can see why it helps in prep and shit. But I do think reta long term will be great

Not Reta lol I said mitochondria stuff but yes Reta def not long term, but for the mito shit it’s important to use them as boost in moments of time like u said preps, deep cuts, moments where oxidative stress can be high
