What do you mean? BBA doesn’t pay refunds unless the product would be unacceptable like another product inside or so

If the purity is 90% you can get a refund, but you need to have your own testing

We have @BBA_Mia in this grouptest so if something absurd like this happens he will arrange that everybody receives their part again.

I understand, I will tell them all our telegram handles and tell them to give us all the same batch

BBA is working on batch numbers so that won’t be an issue I tell people the caps change because during the production they change caps so when something is wrong they can pinpoint exactly what part of the production/batch the issue went wrong it’s for quality control and inspections which is what BBA states So it makes since if people are bent about it just gotta work on some sales skills BBA I feel is pretty good hardly any issues and even the COAs we have they all mostly hit thank across the board

I dont think it will be batch numbers it will just be more consistent labels and travelable with mfg but we will see I will keep pushing
