My first two weeks there was hardly no change. Third week everything kicked in. I’m down 46 pounds since Jan. 2.

Congratulations man! I think some people expect much stronger appetite suppression. In my mind, it’s the perfect balance of appetite suppression and fat burning

The higher i go up on the dose the more of the suppression i feel. Some days i have to force myself to eat because i just have no desire to eat anything lol.

It’s important to prioritize proteins, staying hydrated, and for the love of whoever people pray to, take a stool softener or fiber supplement

The only time I’ve felt any real nausea was if i ate something with too much sugar, or something really greasy

And definitely keep fats low. Too many fats and protein and your digestion will grind to a halt
