I bought the 24IU kit from BBA 1 month ago. Have been taking 3IU every day. Went to take my IGF levels. I’m above the higher limit at 378ng for 37 year old. The GH is working but I need to bring down my dose. Can see myself getting leaner.

Im at 6iu hgh a day, gained 11kg in 27 weeks. It helped me staying lean. Gained mostly muscle and water, fat maybe minimal. And im using the h36 kits

Currently running the h24 kits. They've been great. What's the concern with being at the upper limit for 37

On 10ius of H36 black caps and switched back to the H10. Currently 100.5 kg and almost 40 years old. EDIT: Forgot the 1.5mg Reta white caps

Hey same here I got 36iu kits and been on it for 2 months 1st month 2iu 2nd 4iu and just did my blood work my igf is 388 anyone have any tips should I stop it lower I am getting pretty lean
