It is true. Just get into shape naturally if you’re under 23 and your face structure will change due to less bodyfat. Simple

Just a bunch of insecure kids trying to be like their favourite influencer no matter the consequences. Just get in shape naturally and enjoy it

So much can be done with proper hygiene and staying fit/lean and healthy. Most these kids “bone growth” is just puberty and weight loss anyway.

Yessss 100%. Yet they would rather ruin their hormones and potentially health by taking AAS etc. It’s amazing what good nutrition and weight training can do

Well to a point I don’t think kids should hop on gear. But the younger you are the better and more you can tolerate and respond to for longer.

They still need time to learn nutrition, training, rest and recovery, grow naturally for a few years. No point jumping on a cycle when half assing everything else

Learning how to properly use hormones when you don’t have a consistent split diet and routine set up and well understood is a recipe for disaster
