Thats my main issue was the protein which is why i think im just generally disintegrating (muscle and fat) rather than getting leaner with just fat loss

it definitely is but only a few hundred deficit, i just wanted to lose fat as quick as possible and now after seeing 800 cals a day is NOT the way to lose pure fat quick but more so just general weight, i'll just do the 1700 cals and 160g protein
