If I'm just starting HGH, how long does it last reconstituted? Plan on starting out on 1iu a day, then titrating later. Ty
I hope you don't plan to stay in 1iu daily... that's not even a replacement dose imo. Taking 1iu cancels out whatever you naturally produce so it's like you're not taking anything. I'd try to titrate up to 4iu over a couple weeks. 2iu would be a replacement dose.
Best gauge is take IGF levels after 2 weeks on GH, I was on 3IU and my levels was beyond my upper threshold.had to bring down 0.5 to lower my IGf levels
Why want to lower it... that's such a small amount. Any idea what your natural production was?
