Just wanted to give an update I got blood work done and my IGF is elevated constant with taking HGH I got from BBA and my markers show no inflammation issues from being on BBA peptides for several months.

I was on 2-3 IUs daily for awhile but recently I’ve been on 2IUs morning 2IUs at night

Do you skip breakfast then? Was thinking I could do intermittent fasting with a morning dose

I do but not fully I just eat later I have skipped breakfast sometimes just because I didn’t have food haha

How long do you usually wait til you eat after a morning HGH dose? I think I could get away with coffee/evaporated milk/sweetener. Super cautious about the blood sugar aspect

honestly from what I read 30 minutes is what you should take but I can’t say how accurate it is I usually take 30-2 hours depending on how busy my morning is

And my blood sugar has been fine on it I test it here and there and it was good at the doc
