Raws, excipient, fillers, carrier liquid. Mix together. Dispense equally into vials. Freeze dry. Done

Likely a machine dispensing the liquid solution into vials. Doesn't change the chinese man with scales blending before hand

Pretty sure the tolerance is anything over 93% which is a shitshow
