I’m on 12 IU of GH that I had sent to Janoshik myself and my IGF1 is only 290. Serum IGF1=/= IGF1 in the muscle.

Idk why people think IGF1 matters on bloodwork

Are you saying something wrong with the hgh or with your igf1?

So there are no blood markers to determine if the hgh is good? Only way to tell is to have it tested?

You can get your serum GH tested. You have to time it right with when you shoot the GH

Gee, because it’s what every endocrinologist in the world uses to assess response to rHGH? It’s not normal for IGF-1 to be low on a high dose of GH. It’s either because of something transient, like a significant calorie deficit, or if it’s always low, there’s either something wrong with your liver or the rHGH.

… please show me an endo that uses serum IGF1 to assess response to GH. That person should not practice medicine

Just because IGF1 is low in blood serum, that doesn’t mean it is low in the muscle. It’s just not a value you can use to assess response

Remember that IGF is produced by the liver. If its form is poor, you will automatically have lower IGF production. Estradiol also has a significant impact on this parameter. It should be in the upper range, but in your case, it's lower

I was at like 5 ius with 327 igf 1 😭

When I started with GH, my initial IGF was 190. After 2 units after 2 weeks, I had 270.
