For me at a dose of 4-6iu, you’ll know very quickly (few days)
Lethargy, water retention, carpal tunnel like symptoms in your wrists and forearms.

only on day 6 right now so obviously sides aren’t much of anything, not sure what could be placebo or from smoking but i did have a headache on days like 2-4/5
