I have my own personal tests for glow 70 orange caps and MOTS c black caps if anyone wants it. Went through Finnrick but these are not “free” options they were paid for. If anyone wants the results I’d like to recoup a little money if possible. Just message me 💃🏻💃🏻

When do you have your bloodwork? Because that heavily impacts your total T levels, 200mg should remain 200mg in blood levels no matter frequency, but the spikes are what make your total T levels high or not sometimes
