It lower my hemacrit but it also screwed my total t levels

When do you have your bloodwork? Because that heavily impacts your total T levels, 200mg should remain 200mg in blood levels no matter frequency, but the spikes are what make your total T levels high or not sometimes

When I am running 2x a week my longest gap in the morning before pinning, when I was ed it was the next morning
