Hit your cardio aswell and hydrate like 3-4L a day + add in nattokinase and u should be ok

My water intake good rn, my cardio is the issue, I don't dedicate any time to cardio but I'm easily hitting 12k steps a day because house renovations 🤣

If you have your own gym that would be insane, legit 30min daily of stairmaster at 140bpm will save you from most of the lipid sides, blood sides and keep you lean when on cycle

I have already ordered most the shit, just decided between stairmasters and treadmill, tbh not enough roommfor both and I wanna run half marathon so

You can even do cardio on it if you have the option to incline it and just walk a tad faster

Testing is the responsibility of the buyer. Some people are kind enough to share their own tests, but testing is on you not BBA

That’s what I thought. Couple people here in U.K. in hospital with poisoning of it. Probably bad supplier who knows. Thought I’d ask before ordering
