3mg reta and 5mg tirz split into 2x week. No food noise, all the benefits. Latest bloods came out like I am 20yr old and I am double that and add some

Yip, been stacking for 4 months 5mg Reta 3mg Triz, take the Reta 2 days after Triz every 5 days

I was doing similar bro Ret 10mg & triz 5mg, I've dropped the triz for sema so I can ramp up the glp1 side. Suppression on point
