You build a tolerance to pretty much everything and then it stops working. But yeah if your the type who only wants to feel like Superman 1-2x a week and not everyday maybe you will be ok

I found 100mg more effective than 2 and take 2 days on 1 day off

Yea the less the better for me as well. 25-50 mgs was the sweet spot. 200 was too much and I didn’t feel great.
