How much did you Guys start taking Moda and Armoda? And how often do you use it? Is it fast addictable?

Tried my whole 200moda and I've used 100s instead ever since. It's just enough for me without being too much. Only take 200 on days I need to go 110% I take weekends off but I can tell my tolerance has built up a little
