I'm trying to figure out my ADHD. Sorry for the questions, I have a doctor who really won't listen so thus far I've just been trying to see what works.

Okay I sure would try that if I could but in the United States it's hard to get any type of medicine like that. So I've just been trying what I can get my hands on. But I appreciate that advice, and will see if I can't get that accomplished.

I am from NL and doctors are even more old fashioned… Ritalin comes from the opium vault and its very frowned upon

In my experience. It works better as a nasal spray.
