OP
QQ: Ive been making semax and selank nasal sprays for a little while using PBS. Previously I used the 3ml vials with no issues. This time round I got the 10ml PBS and when I spray I get a little sting/discomfort in the nostril. Has anyone else experienced this?

10ml PBS to 20mg of peptide is pretty standard. But maybe next time I'll just do 10mg and see how that is.

Will do, I've never used spray with BAC so can't compare, as I know BAC is meant to sting, so the first thing I checked was that I hadn't accidentally grabbed a wrong vile.

Once you’ve got that down, look into TrkB, how that interacts with BDNF.
It’s not all about feels and effects.
