Last time I tried it, I took 500mcg two days in a row, and spent about five days not being able to sleep a wink. This time I took 125mcg and even that was enough to disrupt sleep 18 hours later

The half life is 9 days. Which means that if you take it consistently, you effectively build up an even higher dose in your body. I might try something like 60mg, but at that point it becomes difficult to split the pill into eighths

Did you try a sleep supplement to offset the insomnia, like a magnesium glycinate? How was your mood? Headaches? Appetite? Thanks for the share, Martin

It’s kinda weird, at some point, you get no sleep, but the stims just override the impact of the lack of sleep. It’s not good in the long run

I mean Teso is so powerful that it’s very hard to overcome its insomnia with simple supps like magnesium gly or something similar

Ig it depends on what you compare it to. It is a pharmaceutical, but it’s not like ambien that knocks you tf out and is terrible for you
