Not just the come down. Long term shifts in dopamine baselines leaves people fucked for long periods of time after they stop. Months and sometimes years depending on how long they stayed on. Not to mention how highly addictive these are. No matter how anyone starts, a large majority of users abuse them and titrate to the max, then get stuck being dependent on them, can’t drop them, and when they do, the baseline motivation, mood, happiness just sucks for a long time.

It should be the absolute last resort

So true man I think some people (myself included) see things that theoretically enhance whatever they’re needing ( height/focus/reta whatever) And just go for the strongest biggest boost when u don’t acc need it
