did you tried it separate ? only DSIP and what dosage ?

Yeah separate
Took DSIP 400mcg first night, was way too much, drowsy and fell asleep and stayed drowsy in morning
Took last night 200mcg, fell asleep fast , and was fresh after 4hours of sleep. Sleep was high quality
