If that was the case i could send someone heroin and then report that mail and get them locked up

If custom come knocking on your door u just say that you dont accept the package

when customs picks up a bigger order that suggests you could be selling the product the first thing they do is visit the address on the package, obviously you could claim that you did not order anything and it was sent to you by mistake, but that doesnt help if you they search your phone, find logs of you ordering stuff or other illegal things at your place
