Yes I have messaged and spoke about it to my rep but keep getting the same answer that Australiam customs are very strict at the moment and waiting for a safe flight to send it

Took a little under a month, but it's because everything in the USA is moving slow. My pack from India is 6+ weeks with no movement. A+. Will order more.
