Had this very thing. Canadian delivery via Intelcom. Tracking info showed “cleared customs” and even shows “collected from airport terminal. Intelcom never showed having the package. Sketchy AF. Spoke with rep she contacted her people and said it’s been stopped by customs. No idea how the tracking if so different from reality. However it’s in the process of being reshipped.
