My order was dispatched on 29 November. According to the tracking information, the flight departed on 10 December. however the shipment has not yet arrived in Europe nor been transferred to UPS. Is that normal?

I‘m on the same boat. Same flight, same delivery company. It’s still at customs according to 517track.

Same here. Landed in Belgium on December 11th, but haven't received any updates on my 517 track. It's probably in customs. It can sometimes take a week.
