Does anyone have issues with their Australia post tracking number showing ‘web error’ on 17track??
This is my first order with BBA, with the previous supplier I used, the tracking number immediately showed on 17track

Usually won’t have updates until it’s landed in Aus

thank you - the 17track website showed updates immediately in the past for me. but i just tried the link you sent and that’s saying ‘no data found’ aswell

Usually if it says no data it’s because it hasn’t been sent yet also I’ve found

If you’ve got an Aus post shipping label, it won’t show until it’s in Aus
Takes about 7-10 days until it lands in Aus

That means it hasn’t been sent yet the 4px site always work for me through Mia
Usually about a week it all depends on the freight forwarder they send in line or payments

17Track stopped working for me last week I believe it was. Someone here recommended “packages” app. It works.

It’s the label they give you , the first 12 numbers are the auspost label the label the vendors give you is the tracking number you put in there
