Anyone else from Australia being held up on postage of their orders? Been waiting a while

Its been a bit slow, Usually i get my tracking details within 48hrs, this time it took 9 days, so im expecting this parcel to make its way to Sydney at snails pace. Im being told Customs isnt playing ball down here and they are holding everything up. I was about to put in another order for 3k but im holding off until this one clears
