BBA's reight forwarder sent parcels to USA all orders that got shipped out on the 1st till 10th of February got stopped and returned to china, once they're back in china they will be reissued, unfortunately this has hit a few vendors and it's the same outcome..
Sorry guys in this case patience is a virtue.

Vendors got paid when we placed our orders it’s not their money tied up it’s the customers.

The vendor I'm caught up with is reshipping hundreds of orders immediately, before anything is/can be returned. That's now their money tied up

BBA are good at solving problems too.
There's always going to be issues, just stick to vendors who get them sorted without drama ❤️

Hyb, wws, tfc and xtp, all have issues and I'm sure others have also I just can't be assed looking into it..
