When do you anticipate all of the re-shipments being sent out? And business will be back to normal? I continue to get the vague response that I will receive my new tracking number in a few days and that’s going on more thantwo weeks with the same response and I’m looking for some concrete information. my rep sent me the picture of the items that was going to be shipped, but then nothing.
