Can anyone working at Pearson customs please find my parcel and expedite

It still hasn't even been assigned a domestic tracking number

I placed my order on march 6th, got a shipping number on the 11th, but the shipping number has said it’s been in Jamaica, New York since the second I got the tracking number. Anyone have experience with this or no why this is? Still no updates since I got the tracking number

Jamaica USPS depot or whatever sucks. I had a parcel sit there for a week and apparently they're notorious for that

Indeed they are^ had a package sit less then 20 days and that’s absolutely no exaggeration maybe giving them a benefit of the doubt but can say it always got to me and I’m in a State bordering NY and still long long waits but not with this company but easily over 100 packages thru Jamaica queens I think 3 total got caught maybe only 2 so def not notorious but ofc possible

And even then, 10 days is just an estimate. They don’t have control of how the packages move. It’s really not hard to comprehend
