Hi I'd like to ask if anyone that's ordered from Europe has had to pay vat or any import tax when picking up the package

If we use our European dedicated line for shipping, there is no need to pay taxes after customs clearance. If we use FedEx, we may need to assist with customs clearance, which means there may be some customs duties

Shipping from our US warehouse takes about 5 to 7 days. Please contact your representative to get shipping updates or use the tracking number to check the progress on the USPS website
