Is it normal to receive a tracking number 10 days ago and fedex hasn’t been updated since 10 days ago

Yes normal it updates once clears customs

Just got my tracking and was told that it will be 10 days before I can see any movement. Kinda weird because I’ve order from HK before and it was shipped via FedEx, and I was able to watch every move
