3rd party is someone/a group of people send in a vile and split testing costs. It can be sketchy trusting vendor coa

No third-party is when you’re getting it tested by Company that’s not your own lol but i understand what you want

A vendor could cherry pick good vials and send them in. Also could have different batches and claiming same batch.

This part always makes me wonder how they would do that when the manufacturer creates in batches. Like, does the manufacturer and vendor have an agreement that the manufacturer will set aside the few good vials in a batch and then send to the vendor for 3rd party testing?

No its not😂😂 3rd party tested is a 3rd party random person/group testing a Vial and bearing the cost
