If you need the medication… truly need it and not just ‘need it’ because you’re impatient you’d be smart and have a 2-3 month buffer of stock so that if delays do happen you’re prepared. It’s the name of the game.. once again, if you truly need it then buy local at 10x the price until your order arrives

The people who had been obese, and are now normal BMI by using grey market GLPs, that are on maintenance may end up in a bad spot if something stops the supply of them. More and more insurance plans are covering GLPs, by next year it’ll likely be nearly all, but you only qualify if currently BMI >28 for most plans. So you’d have to regain weight or show up at the doctor’s office with a lead brick in your pocket to get a prescription. It’s actually a good idea to ask your doctor for a prescription if you’re still overweight enough to get one. You don’t even have to fill it if your insurance doesn’t cover it. Your doctor doesn’t need to know you’re using grey market. Just getting it on the record will ensure once you’re normal BMI, when your insurance starts covering them, you’ll still have coverage as a “maintainance” drug. They don’t stop covering GLPs once normal weight is achieved. But they won’t start coverage if you aren’t technically obese when getting the first prescription. (There are a few exceptions for other conditions, mainly heart disease, diabetes, sleep apnea, knee problems, are all exceptions allowing coverage for non obese patients).
