My experience has only been with BBA, and she is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to ordering.
This was my second time ordering. On my previous order, I ordered Tesa and it kept gelling up, I lost five vials while testing them. I contacted her, and she immediately talked to the factory and planned to send me another one with free shipping since I added more items to the order.
