Not sure what happened with my order, I think there was a problem with FedEx so it caused my delivery to take WAY longer. Through it all BBA was always there when I needed an update or had questions. Even through two accounts being frozen, when I reached out to her there were no complications on looking up my order again and giving me updates. At points I took my frustration out on her because I didn’t know why others were getting their orders before me even though I ordered way before them. She was professional and calm throughout.
