How do you people force down all the food needed to hit ridiculous protein goals. 6 egg whites for breakfast, 2 chicken breasts for lunch, shit like that. Protein goals of 180+ and without a cheat/synthetic protein filler snack which have more sugar and sugar alcohols in them that aren’t even healthy

Spread the meals across the day for 5-6 meals. Have a clean isolate protein powder for 1-2 of them

Ive experimented up to 350g protein a day. It isnt hard, just need to space things better and eat more frequently then 3 meals

Just 3 meals, with a protein shake somewhere mixed in, and cottage cheese for dessert

Yeah. Thats why. You are consuming so much if it at once.

2mg of Reta might be suppressing appetite more than I’m willing to admit

breakfast -snack(isolate powder) not hard on the stomach/digestion because its more pure and liquid. - lunch -postworkout meal(isolate+carbs) -dinner -dessert if wanted

40g protein per meal if 5 meals is a lot easier when spread out through the day especially on digestion compared to 3x a day which is like 50-75g a meal

If you do the 6th meal you only need 33g protein a meal

Plus, you allow your body to utilize the nutrients better instead of trying to jam it all in at once. 60-75g a meal compared to 33-40g a meal is insanely different on digestion for the positive

And without proper digestion, it doesnt matter if you eat 100g or 1000g protein. Your body wont use it correctly

People will tell you different opinions, but mine is always start lower then add if needed. Week 1-2 do 1mg then titrate up if needed

Can always add more, cant take it out once its already in if you make the mistake of going to much to soon
