After opening the bac water. How long can you store it in the fridge to use it in another pept? Some say 30 days but some said it’s fine even at 60-70 days

Reta at 8mg and nothing has changed? 🤯 I am at max 2,5mg/wk and can barely finish my 220gm protein intake 🙂

Label stated 30 days i believe, but I've personally used till I emptied the vial over 90 days. Risk is yours.

As hard as I tried, could not get above 3mg without having the same problem. Cooking dinner for wife and I and appetite would die and I'd be dreading plating up
