I was on ozempic for a few months and that’s how I dropped from 286 to around 235. 235 to 220 was me mostly being sick and not being able to eat because of it. I’ve been on Reta since the very beginning of the year and I haven’t really seen any progress with it, tried from 3 sources before I got here.
Who knows where to get hgh and AIs cheap and high quality and purity?
Tirz would probably be a better option for you as reta doesnt cancel out food noise as much.
I’m going to the gym and doing strength training. Mostly upper body (arms and back), slowly trying to work on legs. I have full body chronic pain and I max out on all my pain meds by midday so it makes it a little hard to really go at it at the gym.
I’m absolutely in a calorie deficit, I’m actually dealing with being in “starvation mode” and a newly diagnosed eating disorder (as in I don’t eat. Anything. At all.)
Kelly I would suggest to stack HGH on top of your reta. Tesa is notorious for allergenic responses. I found reta and HGH worked synergistically and I noticed accelerated fat loss but kept my muscle mass
Kpv might help with the pain from its anti inflammatory properties. I also take 5g of methylsulfonyl methane daily
HGH will do that also, but it's not only cheaper but you get other benefits on top of the visceral fat loss
I’m placing an order tonight and it will include KLOW. Just trying to make a damn decision about the tesa or hgh lol
I know the feeling loll when I need to restock my supply I spend a few days editing my list. Wouldn't be so bad if shipping were cheaper
Hgh is usually better over any secretagogue and it’s usually similar price than tesa
I wouldn't risk it sensitizing me though. Can't always determine what other peptides it's made you sensitive to
Is there anything else I should stacks with Reta, KLOW, and (still undecided) hgh/tesa?
Hgh not Tesa. There is no difference between cjc and Tesa just what they ran te study on but both do the same thing. Hgh is better tho
Any other glp1 before reta?
I used ipa + cjc no dac 200+200 fasted before night, they were great
You have no idea what you're doing, so instead of spending all your money on that grocery list of peptides, you'd be better off getting an online coach who can at least help you.
