Nah sounds like perfect planning. Everything is perfectly on schedule for me. Cut for 5 months. Bulked for 2. Agressive cut for 1. Started at 210lbs with no muscle and ending at single digit bodyfat with a respectable amount of size. None of that would be possible (especially the amount of muscle I gained in the timeframe) natrually

Where u start and end ur bulk has nothing to do with time or bodyfat. It has to do with bloodwork. Where is ur insulin sensitivity, where is ur APOB? Is ur inflammation markers inflated, is ur recovery impaired, did ur SHBG spike?

Especially for people running growth harmone. Insulin sensitivity can easily end a bulk at 10% and mean cutting back to 8

Obviously an extreme example but YK what I mean. No way of knowing if someone should bulk or cut unless u see their bloodwork

if anything is fucked up within a month of bulking maybe you need to revaluate your cycle/ what foods you are consuming lol

Just genetics bro. I’m healthier at lower bodyfats. My LDL at 10% bodyfat eating only chicken breasts and rice doing an hour of cardio a day with training and perfect recovery was 110. Same story for everyone else in my family.

You are just eating like a fat chub on your ‘bulk’ and not doing cardio lol

Also if your insulin sensitivity goes to shit on GH across 2 months.. again you are eating like a chub

Peptides also help, like MOTS C, reta. There’s stuff like berberine HCL that also act like a glucose disposal agent If you are ‘bulking’ for only 2 months. That’s not a true bulk and you aren’t putting on much size at all
