Yes I agree! But what I am saying is, push maybe a little higher mg, come off say in 3-4 months, eat maintence for 2ish, then do it again

sets you up to be healthy/also stay on top of bloods, but imo, you can push a cycle longer than 4 months. Upwards of like 6-8 if you aren’t running anything harsh and on top of blood work

Im doing a first cycle and then pct just to see where my heads at after and make a decision to either b&c or not, im young so fertility is a priority, 20 week cycle is planned,test only first cycle

Will higher test to whatever blood work allows first cycle. Starting at 200-250 ish depending what coach suggests

not worth it, and even on cycle you can keep fertility high. ChaseIrons, he has a kid and when he did AAS for 8 years, his sperm count was 0

Imo i wouldn’t run test if you are going to PCT, but if the main concern is fertility, you can easily negate that

Didn’t have a problem with insulin sensitivity post bulk. Just wanted to gain just enough mass to cut down further but also was aware of the health effects for me personally of going above specific bodyfats and wasn’t interested in getting close to it. My fructosamine or average blood glucose was 244. Within optimal ranges
