Going to buy some Novalin Human Insulin R from Walmart today Anyone know what protocol for first time slin user is? Im currently running HGH. So many different opinions on the internet. Was hoping I could see it from someone who actually lifts weights competitively or seriously
Start very low, always have fast acting carbs on hand, and realize that R active life is like 6 hours. It’ll compound on subsequent shots and I believe it peaks twice
You need a script for Humalog though don’t you?
I’m getting Nova R bc I can buy over the counter at Walmart. I know it has a longer half life but it’s still going to be beneficial for the bulk
It sounds like you’re approaching insulin wrong. If you want to use it intelligently, you bring in insulin when you require so many carbs that your pancreas isn’t keeping up. I could be misreading you, but you sound like “I’m going to bulk, I’m buying insulin” and that’s how you get fat
This will sound like gate keeping, but there’s so much to consider with slin that you shouldn’t take it without a good coach. I’m not gonna say you’ll die bc it takes an idiot to die, but you’ll probably get fat
If you just tell people they’ll die, you lose credibility and they’ll go off and listen to the next idiot comfortable telling them dosages. I’d rather be realistic and hope it sticks. Ig I’m feeling nice today 😂
I’m using it to add muscle not get fat. I don’t allow myself to get fat when I bulk or at least to fat lol: I’ve been reading about taking slin with HGH primarily around workout/meal times but there’s a lot of misleading/conflicting information. But you are right,
I am likely going about this wrong lol. That’s why I’m doing research atm. When i have full understanding of insulin, how it works, how it helps build muscle and the dosage protocol I will start doing it. Im not in a rush. The one idea i like the most about adding slin is that i can eat around my HGH injections. I hate the whole having to wait 2-3 hours pre and post injection
I agree and why that’s why I’m simply just researching atm but I do plan on adding it. That decision has been made.
As far testing I get my blood/igf tested on occasion but I would absolutely be doing that more often when I do start
