I just realized that protocol is less than 1mg a day. 2.5mg twice a week don’t sound like much. I like doing it daily 1mg so much better.

I’ve been on it before. It surprisingly never gave me the stomach issues. Even at 1000-1500mg a day.

And on an empty stomach. I had a friend that took it and it helped with his diabetes so well but it destroyed his stomach he hated that I could take it and be fine.

Yea. I managed to eat but I know things have definitely slowed down a bit. That’s why I’m titrating back down and just gonna stay on Reta maybe 1-2mg a week.
