Hi all. Has anyone who ordered on Black Friday had their shipment tracking start moving form china. It’s been 2 weeks and only got a label created on tracking. Normally I get my shipment delivery within 14 days. This time it hasn’t even moved yet.

Pretty sure they changed shipping methods, go ask your rep they'll be able to tell you more

She said customs is slow or something. I use FedEx express shipping with them for all my orders. So it’s the first time it’s happened.

Lots will be in same boat just need to be patient it's the holiday season so delays will be frequently happening

Thanks. I need to place another order so been waiting for this to ship before I do. So maybe I must order anyway or it’s gonna be really long.

I'm in the same boat, it's been 2 weeks since I got a tracking number, it was then re-issued with a new number last week Monday.
I too want to place another order, but will wait till this order starts to move.

Same boat as you, order hasnt moved been 2 weeks aswell from fedex. Sucks seeing others getting their orders already while we wait
